Carol A. (Christiansen) Beaudoin, 63, of Cumberland, RI passed away peacefully on February 11th, 2021. Born In Providence, RI, Carol grew up in North Providence. She moved to Central Falls when she got married and started a family, and later moved to Cumberland. Carol worked as a salon coordinator for 15 years, and was also a bartender for over 30 years. She was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan, loved to travel, spend time with her granddaughters, soak up the sun at East Matunuck Beach, and was known for her cooking and baking, especially her amazing cheesecakes. Carol had an infectious laugh and smile, and she loved her family and friends fiercely.
Carol was the daughter of Louise (Castello) Christiansen and the late George Christiansen. She is also survived by her husband Ronald Beaudoin, children Danielle Beaudoin-Parsons and Brian Beaudoin, and granddaughters Ava Parsons and Luna Beaudoin. She leaves behind her brothers Bruce Christiansen and Keith Christiansen, and her sister Kristin Cronshaw. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday February 21st from 4-7pm of groups less than 15 at a time in the Keefe Funeral Home, 5 Higginson
Avenue in Lincoln, RI. A mass of Christian burial will be held at Saint Aidan Church on Diamond Hill Road in Cumberland, RI on Monday February 22nd at 10:00 am. Burial services will be private. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the American Diabetes Association (diabetes.org).
